With all of the stress and crazy stuff going on around me, I haven't been able to keep track of my meals, or if I've been eating at all. When you're super stress and over-worked, even if you're not hungry, try to keep small snacks at hand. It's super easy to throw a fruit or granola bar in your bag in the morning. I liked to keep my snacks in their box by my keys on the counter. This way, before I leave, I always know to grab something.
Days at school can be long, and college food isn't always the cheapest when you're a commuter. Being prepared with some healthy, energizing snacks is the best way to get through your day!
